Business Analyst

Recently Kramp introduced a new operating model. In order to increase the responsiveness to local market dynamics the company introduced Cluster Management Teams to drive the business in different regions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our global Commerce team.

The Business Analysts are the core problem-solving capability of Kramp. Sitting within the Analytics, Insights, & Transformation (AI&T) department, Business Analysts will work directly with business leaders across Kramp Group and the Markets in order to identify, triage, and solve the most challenging business issues faced by Kramp. Our team of 5 Business Analysts enable the AI&T department to serve as the "firefighters" of Kramp, able to tackle complex issues in all parts of the business.

In this role you will report to the: Business Analysis Manager.

What is your role?  

• Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.

• Collect business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.

• Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.

• Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.

• Suggesting and implementing improvements to procedures and processes.

• Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.

• Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

• Completed Master Degree;

• 3 years to 6 years' experience in a similar role;

• Strategy consulting experience would be a plus;

• Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months);

• Extensive experience in managing stakeholders;

• Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Tableau, SQL or PowerBI, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies;

• Excellent business insight, communication and advisory skills.
